Ingredients:
- 50ml Cremaura Tequila Cream Orange
- 25ml cherry juice
- 35ml brandy
- 1 cherry (for garnish)
- 1 square Japanese ice cube (or any large ice cube)
- Lemon peel (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Pour in 50ml Cremaura Tequila Cream Orange.
- Add 25ml cherry juice to the mixing glass.
- Measure and pour 35ml brandy into the mixture.
- Stir the ingredients well with a bar spoon to chill the mixture.
- Place a square Japanese ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Strain the mixed ingredients over the Japanese ice cube in the rocks glass.
- Garnish the cocktail with a cherry placed on a cocktail pick.
- Express the oils from a lemon peel over the drink by giving it a twist, then drop the peel into the glass.
- Optionally, you can rim the glass with sugar for an extra sweet touch
